 This sign is incorrect because there is no need for an apostrophe.  They are wanting to use the plural form of the word "sign" but instead are using the possessive form.

This is bad typography because the word "their" is used incorrectly.  It should say "they're" instead.

This is bad typography because there is no need for an apostrophe.  Right now they are using the possessive form when they need to be using the plural form.

 This sign is incorrect because there should be apostrophes in the word theres.  It should say there's, meaning "there is."  Also, they used the incorrect "then."  It should say "then" and not "than."
